  • In FY11, funding for various Toxics Use Reduction programs was consolidated into a single line item in the Dept. of Environmental Protection.
  • The Toxics Use Reduction Institute at UMass Lowell is funded through a separate line item in higher education from FY01 to FY09. In FY10, it is funded as an earmark in the main UMass line item, without specified funds. This line item is not included in this group. In FY11, funding for the institute moves to an earmark in a line item funding Toxic Use Reduction Act retained revenue line item ($1.7 million in FY11, $1.6 million in FY12, $1.7 million in FY13.)
  • In FY15, funding for Toxics Use Retained Revenue shifted from one line item to another. These are grouped together.
