Gregg Grenier

Director of Development, Finance & Operations

Gregg Grenier is the Director of Development and Finance at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center. He is responsible for shaping, implementing, and managing MassBudget’s development plans for foundations, organizations, and individual donors. Additionally, Gregg is responsible for managing MassBudget’s annual organizational budget and internal operations.

Gregg comes to MassBudget as a seasoned fundraising and nonprofit management professional. He has experience in nonprofit and higher education settings where he has overseen a community engagement department, several large-scale volunteer programs, and large development operations. He comes to MassBudget most recently having served as the Director of Development and Impact at a special education and human service nonprofit, where he oversaw fundraising, marketing, communications, and program assessment functions.

Gregg holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bentley University, a master’s degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Columbia University, and a master’s in business administration from Framingham State University. He also holds the Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) professional certification.
